“It’s a long story. Actually, I didn’t want to tell you at first. But now, I think it’s better that you know about it!” Su Shaoqing proceeded to tell Fu Ling about everything that had happened. “It seems like those guys are targeting the Fu clan. Pei Huan and Bao each

got injected with the virus, and now they’ve made a move against Nuan. That’s why I’m worried that something might happen to you too.”

“So you had Zhou Zhi come and send me to the Fu residence?” Fu Ling had it figured out, so it was not difficult to understand why Fu Chengyan had been insistent on doing so that day.
