One journalist held the microphone and exclaimed, "The waitress is over there!"

People immediately flocked to Aria Liu like bees.

Some other people hastily brought Rebecca to the hospital while others surrounded Aria Liu and pushed her to the corner. All of them were asking different questions that she already couldn't comprehend.

"Why did you poison Rebecca?"

As she heard all these questions, her head went blank. She couldn't fathom why she was being questioned and blamed. She didn't even know what really happened.

All of a sudden, an emotional fan of Rebecca ran to Aria Liu and directly slapped her. The fan angrily shouted, "How dare you hurt my goddess. I'll kill you now!"

After half an hour, the police finally arrived. However, Aria Liu already passed out.

When Aria Liu opened her eyes, she saw some people standing around her.

She tried to remember what happened but she could only feel her head hurting so badly. She saw two doctors standing next to her and a policewoman on the other side.

The policewoman said, "You're awake."

"Where am I?" Aria Liu asked. She looked around but she didn't really have any idea where she was now.

"This is the infirmary of the Public Security Bureau," the policewoman replied.

Then a doctor said, "You're fine. You just suffered some minor bruises but I've stitched them up already. There are also some swollen parts in your body but you will be fine after taking the anti-inflammatory medicines on time."

After hearing what the doctor said, Aria Liu remembered what happened. She fainted at the ribbon-cutting ceremony when Rebecca's fans hit her mercilessly. She didn't have the strength to fight back at that time so she just accepted all their kicks and punches.
