“I see” Ben quickly parked his car next to Cornelia’s spot. After locking his car, he briskly walked towards them

Marcus didn’t even acknowledge him, he just turned around and walked away with large strides. 

Ben, still in shock, looked at Cornelia with pleading eyes, “Cornelia, what’s up with our boss today? Did I say something wrong?”
