Cornelia replied, “Yes.”

Abigail continued, “Marcus is really something, taking you to such a romantic place on your first date. It seems like you’re not getting out of this one tonight. There’s not much advice for me to give hope you two have a fun night” 

Cornelia thought, had I gone mad? Why did I post the photo in the group chat at this time? 

Abigail added, “Oh, and remember to play it safe. It’d be a real mess if you got pregnant before you even started enjoying life.”
