Orion paused for a moment, his hand hovering in midair, before he gently placed the spoon down.

Although she wasn’t very hungry, she hadn’t eaten anything all day, so she ended up eating more than she expected. 

Orion, on the other hand, didn’t eat much. Instead, he spent the whole time watching her eat. 

He sat there and gazed at Seraphina’s gentle expression so beautiful that he couldn’t bear to disrupt the 

moment. 

Even he didn’t understand why he had shared all these secrets with Seraphina–was it just to have one meal with her?
