Theo's face turned a shade darker as he heard this.

Even though Theo's confession to Miranda that morning had happened right on campus, word traveled fast, especially when there were plenty of kids from influential families around.

Anna had genuinely been entertaining this idea, even trying to convince Caius to make an effort to win over Miranda, truly bringing her into the Lancaster family fold.
