Lavinia was equally taken aback, her worldview taking a good while to piece itself back together.

"It’s... It’s..." Lavinia fumbled as she looked at Miranda. "Is she still talking in plain words? I mean, I understand every word, but together, it just doesn’t make sense. Is it what I think it is?"
