Let Me Go, Mr. Harvey novel Chapter 260

The intern shook her head embarrassedly, but still glanced at Angela from time to time. She couldn't hold back her curiosity any more, and asked, "Is Jessica really a mistress? Was she planning to frame you for three years, starting at an age of 15?"

Then, the office door opened.

"Have I told you not to inquire about the patient's privacy?" Roland walked in, his gentle handsome face full of indifference.

The intern's face turned pale all of a sudden, and she stood up tremblingly, "Doctor Roland."

"You can contact your instructor and ask him to arrange a new tutor for you." Roland said with the door open, "You can leave now."

The intern blushed, "Roland, I promise this is the last time, please give me another chance."

She turned to look at Angela, feeling she was wronged, "Angela, I'm just curious, and I don't mean any harm to you. Could you forgive me?"

"You can either get out now, or get a failed internship report." Roland said.

The intern wiped her tears and bowed hurriedly, "I'm sorry, Doctor Roland, I will leave now."

She glanced at Roland again, and saw that he didn't mean to change his mind, so she could only leave unwillingly.

"I just received a patient. Sorry to keep you waiting." Roland poured some water into the disposable paper cup and handed it to Angela, then picked up his glass and took a few sips.

Angela said, "I have just arrived."

"Did you think I was too unreasonable just now?" Roland asked, putting down his glass.

Angela said, "You must have your own reasons."

Roland smiled, "Being a doctor requires not only medical skills but also work ethics. It’s not the first time she probed into a patient’s privacy."

"Ok." Angela never liked to comment on others. "Should I wait or?"

"I can do the inspection for you now." Roland said.

He squatted down and examined her leg. He was a little surprised, and then re-examined her leg again. The results were the same.

"Your leg is recovering faster than I thought. A minor operation will be done to adjust your bones. And then a few more acupuncture supplemented by treatment will do."

"You said it will do. Does it mean that I can walk like ordinary people?" Angela was taken aback and asked in surprise.

Roland got up, put away the inspection equipment, smiled and nodded at her, "Congratulations, Angela."

Listening to this, Angela’s mouth was slightly opened, and then slowly pulled out a big smile from the bottom of her heart.

She can recover. Her legs can recover finally.

Soon, she would be able to dance again.

"You won the lawsuit, and that is great. Two happy events come one after the other." Roland glanced at the time and smiled, "It’s time for lunch. My mother and aunt said they wanted to celebrate for you, will you show up for the celebration?"

Angela tried hard to hold back her smile and nodded.

She bought some fruits and two bottles of red wine, and went back to Roland’s home with him.

"Isn't this the same girl you brought home last time? You lied to me that she was not your girlfriend." The enthusiastic neighbor in the community was curious about their relationship.
