Chapter 2652

Jewell’s Corporation’s headquarters. An emergency meeting is underway.

Chester sat on the leather seat, listening to the public relations department argue for quite some time. He couldn’t bring himself to slap his palm on the table, “What I want is a strategy for minimising losses after accepting responsibility. Until now, you’ve all been avoiding responsibility for that petty profit, wondering why I’m spending so much money to support a bunch of garbage.”

The entire public relations department was terrified.

After a long silence, the department manager spoke up: “First, we will issue a public apology. Everyone will forgive us as long as we maintain a positive attitude. After all, unless everyone refuses to treat the disease, our Jewell’s medical resources are among the best in the country.

“Please, excuse me!”

“Chester, someone reported that you are suspected of a case of forcing women, please come to the police station with us.” Several policemen said as they pushed open the door to the conference room.

“I’m in a meeting right now; if you need anything, you can go to my lawyer.” Chester was impatient because he thought Eliza was doing something else.

The leader was a policewoman who had listened to numerous recordings of Chester on the Internet and was now disgusted with him.

The officer handcuffed him without saying anything. “Don’t waste your time with us. The person who reported you has already provided a large number of recordings. This case is being followed by hundreds of millions of people on the Internet. You must accompany us.”

She then drew Chester away from his seat. Chester’s handsome face instantly turned pitch black.

After he was taken away, there was an uproar in the conference room.

What exactly is going on here?

Can you imagine Chester being detained by the police in his lifetime?

Jewell’s other shareholders were quickly contacted by the thoughtful individual.
