Chapter 307 Do You Want to See Me in a Wedding Dress?

Maggie paused briefly, ensuring she sounded normal before answering.

“Where are you? I can come get you.” Nathael’s deep voice came through the line as he checked the time- it was 3:00 PM.

“I’m heading to the supermarket. What do you feel like having for dinner tonight?” Maggie asked gently.

“Anything works. Nathael’s appetite wasn’t particularly strong.

“I’ll start driving. Let’s meet at the supermarket entrance.”

“Sure.”

After providing him with the address, Maggie drove to the supermarket herself.

Arriving early, she decided to relax in a café on the ground floor of the mall for a while, planning to make his favourite dishes for dinner later.

More than ten minutes later, a tall, muscular man arrived, drawing many glances from those around him. People couldn’t help but whisper.

“Is he a celebrity? He’s so handsome!”

“He’s really good–looking, even better than some celebrities!”

“Wow, he looked over here!”

The crowd was abuzz with murmurs.

Nathael had been in a meeting for quite some time, making important decisions and signing several contracts. He had just hurried over, dressed in a navy blue suit with a clean white shirt underneath.

Approaching from a distance, his striking and serious face seemed like it was crafted by a deity, with deep, intense eyes, a high nose, and thin lips giving off a cold aura.

A smile crept into Maggie’s eyes as she admired his appearance. He was the kind of handsome man who pleased the eyes.

If it weren’t for her blindness in her past life, she probably wouldn’t have been able to stay mad at him, even if he provoked her.

“How long have you been waiting?” Nathael walked over to Maggie, took a seat beside her, and held her hand.

“Not too long.” Maggie replied with a smile as she tried not to dwell on what would happen in a month.

Nathael tenderly kissed her forehead and held her hand as they strolled around the mall like any other couple.

The supermarket was on the mall’s underground floor. As they headed towards the elevator, they passed by a storefront on the first floor. Maggie couldn’t resist stopping in her tracks.

Honestly, this wedding dress wasn’t particularly beautiful; it was at least not her style, but for some reason, she couldn’t move her feet.

“Do you like it? Want to try it on?” Nathael asked gently, following her gaze.

Shaking her head with a smile, Maggie snapped out of her thoughts. “The design’s too complex. I prefer something simpler.”

Nathael nodded, saying in a deep voice, “Do you have any favourite brands or designers? I’ll reach out them for a custom order.”

Feeling a pang in her heart, Maggie whispered softly, ‘I haven’t agreed to anything with you. Don’t try to

trick me.”

Nathael chuckled softly. “No harm trying it on.”

Nathael had Alex contact the manager of the mall, and soon, the manager and director of the mall rushed over, along with several shopping guides and a supervisor.

The manager, bending with respect, greeted Nathael with a handshake. “Mr. Harris, I’m Caesar Mall’s manager. My name is Howard Grunk, and I’m pleased to be at your service.”

Nathael shook his hand, saying, “Hello, we want to learn about wedding dress brands, and we need your recommendation.”

Howard’s eyes swiftly glanced over Maggie’s face, brimming with smiles. ‘Congratulations to both of you, Mr. Harris. Seems like there’ll be a joyous occasion soon.”
