Chapter 98 That’s Impressive
Maggie was stunned, but she did not refuse the card.

She could distinguish between a genuine and fake gesture of kindness. She knew Ericko had felt indebted to her, and she accepted the gift to avoid hurting his feelings.
Besides, no one would turn down money.
After accepting the card, Maggie scrutinized it under the street lamp, checking whether it was authentic.
Ericko smiled at her dotingly.
Maggie had never seen a black card like this before. The Camerons had never given her one. After losing her sight in her previous life, she had no desire for money. Nathael took care of everything, and she never had the opportunity to spend money.
“Thank you, Ericko!” Maggie exclaimed excitedly, and her beautiful eyes gleamed.
Meanwhile, across the street, Emma was furious after seeing that. She shouted while stomping. “Is Ericko out of his mind by giving her a black card?”
In every prestigious family, only those who are highly favored would possess a black card.
There was no credit limit to a black card. Not everyone in a family like theirs owned one of them.
What did she witness?
What did she witness?
Emma trembled with anger, “Who is Maggie? How dare she seduce Mr. Harris and Ericko, one after another?”
Beth remained silent, and she looked at them with complexity,
She was curious about the answer to Emma’s question, too. Many women had seduced Nathael and Ericko. However, she was curious about what exactly Maggie did to enchant them to the point of behaving irrationally.
It was the same for Nathael and Ericko.
“Look at her, she looked like a hooker who has received her reward,” Emma mocked: She was drowned in jealousy, and her words were degrading.
Beth put away her phone and said slowly, “A hooker wouldn’t have the ability to own Ericko’s black card.”
Emma was speechless.
Not even a hooker or an heiress would be able to acquire Ericko’s black card easily.
Ericko was always polite yet distant. Although he was gentle and courteous, not everyone could approach him easily. He respected women, but he wouldn’t form any intimate connections quickly.
Emma had faced numerous setbacks but couldn’t do anything about it.

Ericko didn’t want to drive under the influence of alcohol; he instructed the driver to bring the car to take Maggie home.
“I need to go to the school first. I’ll be staying in the dorm tonight.”
She hadn’t expected to be out with Ericko until so late. Thus, she had not brought her laptop or design drafts and needed to make a trip back to school.
Her lecturer had something to discuss with her the next day, so she preferred to stay in the dorm.
The dorm had everything she needed, and her roommate was there for the night. It was more convenient to stay in the dorm. She would go home tomorrow.
“Alright, let’s send you to school,” Ericko said. He could not shake the thought that their parents would be delighted if they knew about it.
However, they would undoubtedly disapprove of her staying at the Camerons. For sure, they wanted to announce her whereabouts to the world.
Thinking of Maggie’s determination, Ericko felt a headache coming on.
He would have to keep their parents in the dark a little longer. He was afraid of their reaction once they discovered the truth.
Ericko turned to Maggie, who was dozing off beside him and couldn’t help but smile softly. She looked too lovely.
Beth and Emma watched them get into the car and leave together. Beth looked at the video recorded on her phone and sent a text to Nathael.
