Life After Prison by Silencieux novel Chapter 3110

Severin could sense the mental connection between himself and the weapon, almost as if it was an extension of himself. Severin then raised his gaze to the celestial expanse beyond.

"I'm almost on Armin's level now that I've made a breakthrough to the rank of quasi-celestial sovereign. However, facing the extraterrestrials' quasi-celestial regents isn't going to be easy meat for me," he mused aloud.

Armin was once the sovereign architect of the Imperial Court and the ruler of the Celestial Realm, yet even he found himself at the mercy of the attack of Heaven's Will. Even a mighty quasi-celestial sovereign was reduced to naught but dust.

Severin felt the weight of the responsibility settle upon him. Confronting the two quasi-celestial regents would require him to transcend to the realm of celestial sovereign—a realm of which he had scant knowledge of.

He understood the concept of the celestial sovereign only in the context of attaining liberation through enlightenment via the 3,000 paths. However, there were so many paths that it would be difficult to discern the true way.

As Severin was lost in contemplation, his consciousness traversed the void and his primal spirit became adrift in the boundless expanse, allowing him to become the first to step into the river of time. Traversing epochs with every advancement, he bypassed the very attack of Heaven's Will that once barred his way and arrived at the threshold of the collapsing Bleu Celestial Realm.

Surveying the familiar visage of the Heaven Palace, he emerged from the ethereal depths and entered Pure Heart Hall.

Transcending time's unfathomable currents rendered Severin invisible and undetectable. His form was ensconced in the fog of time.

Inside Pure Heart Hall was a youthful figure cradling a cup of spiritual tea with serene anticipation.

"You've arrived," the young man greeted warmly.

The absence of hostility struck Severin, and it felt like a reunion of old friends.

"Greetings, esteemed elder," Severin acknowledged upon seating himself before Armin, the sovereign of time and space in that realm.

"Your arrival confirms my deductions. It seems that slash of mine has successfully bought you countless epochs worth of time," Armin remarked indifferently.

Severin looked at Armin in surprise. "Why did you sacrifice yourself if you knew this would be the outcome?"
