Jasper hugged Anna and danced to the rhythm of the music.
“Thank you.”
While dancing skillfully, Anna looked up a t Jasper’s face that was flickering in the light and said softly.
At this moment, her entire body had to turn into a pool of water, and she was melting onto Jasper.
Jasper looked down at Anna. Then, he
smiled and said, “It is my honor to be able
to do all of this for you.”
“Are you always so sweet?” Anna asked.
No matter how sweet I am, I still need someone willing to listen.”
After the song ended, Jasper pulled open the chair, helped Anna sit down, and then sat down opposite her.
“I made all these in the afternoon by myself. It may not be to your taste, but you must finish it. You have to eat it even i
f you don’t like it.”
Jasper said with a smile after he picked up his fork.
Anna could not help but reply, “Only you can come with something as unique as eating Somerland food in candlelight.”
“Both of us don’t like western food, and I don’t know how to make it either, so this will do.”
The two started chatting while eating.
Although they restrained themselves and did not touch certain sensitive topics, Anna could not endure it anymore halfway through the meal.
“When are you leaving?”
Jasper was taken aback. He replied, “I’ll stay for two more days.”
Anna shook her head and said softly, The United States doesn’t welcome you. After tomorrow, you should return home a s soon as possible.”
Jasper raised his eyebrows slightly and smiled. “Do you think they’ll abduct me?”.
