He came here on a whim, and also wanted to see the character of Julian’s wife Ginny.
Julian was becoming increasingly important to him. Although he had no power or position in the JW system, he was similar to the favored ministers around the emperors in ancient times. Many high-ranking ministers would want to curry favor with the favored ministers.
Julian had a good character. He never got involved in the company’s affairs. It did not matter if he was not interested or he just played stupid because of his great intelligence, Jasper only looked at the results and did not ask about the process and reasons.
Therefore, in Jasper’s point of view, the character of Julian’s wife and family was very important.
Fortunately, from he could tell, everything was satisfactory.
“Okay, there shouldn’t be anything for you to do these few days. I’ll give you a break so you can rest at home for a while. I’ll call you when I need you.”
Jasper patted Julian’s shoulder at the entrance to Julian’s house and said.
When Julian wanted to say something,
Wendy smiled and said, “Don’t say no, your senior is still here, isn’t she?”
Julian nodded and said gratefully, “Thank
you, Jasper, thank you, Wendy.”
“We’re leaving now.”
Jasper waved his hand and left with Wendy.
On the way back, Wendy turned her head t o Jasper and said, “What do you think? Are you satisfied, Mr. Laine?”
Jasper smiled and said, “Everything’s great, and they’re a good match. In fact, who cares whether I’m satisfied or not? It’s Julian’s life.”
“Actually, Julian is an honest person who doesn’t care about anything, so that’s why he’s the most suitable person to be b y your side.”
