Life at The Top novel Chapter 2050

Two days later, Jasper received a call from Beckett.

“Mr. Laine, it’s done. Please come and inspect it.”

“Alright.”

Jasper went to Lane Automotive Factory and called Rowan along.

Under Beckett’s guidance, the gang arrived at the workshop.

The huge workshop had more than ten obsolete assembly lines. These were all left behind by Rowan after he was done with them. In the middle of these assembly lines was a walkway that was about 5 meters wide.

The car Beckett and the gang manufactured in two days was parked on this walkway. It was a black car and both the interior and the exterior were flawless.

“Mr. Laine, please have a look…” After Beckett said that, he opened the door.

A set of luxurious interior decor appeared in their vision, and Rowan who was standing at the back was taken aback.

“This car looks pretty decent.”

“I’m guessing you guys worked a lot of overtime in these two days,” Rowan said, flabbergasted.

Back then, he had hired a lot of experienced designers to help him design his cars. After spending half a year, the cars that were designed were not up to standard at all. He never expected that Beckett and the gang could come up with such an excellent car in just two days.

“Actually, we just put the body and the interior decor together. Since we didn’t have much time, we didn’t come up with the engine. So, you can’t drive the car yet.”

Beckett scratched his head and felt that this was a pity.

“It’s already great.”

Jasper affirmed Beckett, “We can push back the matter with the engine.”

After he said that, Jasper got into the driver’s seat. After half a minute of sitting in the driver’s seat, he eventually got out. Then, he checked the chassis and the wheelbase.

Beckett asked curiously when he saw Jasper inspecting the car so meticulously. “Mr. Laine, are there any problems?”

“There’s no problem for now. However, there are still many places that can be improved. Continue to work hard and try to use the shortest time possible to perfect it.”

“Okay…” Beckett answered.
