The accomplices who were still waiting outside the house felt that something was wrong. it had been quiet for some time and no one had come out.
“You should go in and see what’s going on.”
After one of them finished speaking, another one nodded immediately and walked in.
When he went in, he only saw a disheveled woman curled up in a corner while his companion lay motionless on the ground.
“Wake up!”
He walked over, stretched out his hand, and patted the man. However, after turning the person over, he found that this guy was not breathing anymore.
He initially thought this woman was the murderer, but the crossbow showed the professionalism of the assassin.
“Stay vigilant! There are enemies around!”
After hearing the shouts in the house, everyone raised their guns.
The person in the house came out with the crossbow arrow. “Everyone, be careful. Get into groups of two. We can’t give him another chance!”
So, everyone got in groups of two, while the other person acted alone. This man looked confident and should be the leader of this operation. Unfortunately, he soon paid the price for his confidence.
The team watched as the leader turned to the other side of the house. However, when they followed, they found the leader lying on the ground.
His gun was gone and there was a crossbow arrow piercing his back!
“Who’s there? Come out now!”
There were only two people left, and the endless fear in their hearts turned into anger.
They could only vent by shooting bullets into the sky. However, after the gunshot sounds ended, one of them collapsed suddenly.
The only guy left looked up and saw a man standing on the roof.
With the leader’s gun in his hand, he took out the remaining companion.
“It’s you!”
After the man said that, he heard another gunshot and the bullet hit his hand that was holding the gun.
