After entering the room and closing the door, Yves reported the situation to Anne.
“Miss Anne, Mozart and others are living downstairs from me now.”
“Really? Then why don’t you hurry up and finish this tonight? What are you thinking?”
“Relax, Miss Anne, there is a master among them, and they will definitely not lower their vigilance tonight.” Yves reminded Anne.
“Then how long are you going to wait?” Anne asked.
“Naturally, I have to wait until Mozart and the others completely let down their guard. Moreover, I have to wipe any suspicions surrounding myself and find a scapegoat.
“I think… Osdin, the owner of the hotel, is good. What do you think, Miss Anne?”
Anne did not know the owner of this hotel, so she was just curious.
“I don’t care, but isn’t this Osdin person your friend? Are you willing to sacrifice him like this?”
Yves said slowly, “Under normal circumstances, I’d be really reluctant, but this guy has always had his own ideas. He actually tried to blackmail me in an operation a few months ago. Even though he changed his mind later, I think I can’t let this kind of person stick around, which is why I choose this place…”
“I will complete the task and kill two birds with one stone! This will be my surprise for you, Miss Anne!”
Upon hearing Yves’ confident words, Anne was silent for a few seconds, then, she said, “Okay, then I’ll leave this to you.”
After Yves put down the phone, he planned to fall asleep early. However, he tossed and turned in bed and could not fall asleep.
“Weird, I’ve never been unable to fall asleep before!” Yves muttered to himself.
However, since he could not fall asleep, he rolled over and got out of bed.
When Yves came downstairs, he happened to run into an attendant with a hurried expression.
