Paul gasped on hearing this. No matter how stupid he was, he knew what this meant.
This meant that this area would be completely visible to Snow, and the entire Kurt family would be no different from a naked woman!
“ So… Did you bring that document out?” Paul asked.
As he posed this question, Paul’s voice trembled, and he couldn’t help but swallow hard. He was excited.
Snow did not look up as he replied decisively, “Of course not!”
“Do you think I’m crazy? I just glanced at the document and it triggered the alarm. If I leave with the document, they will dispatch even more guards. Then why tell us that?”
Paul was a little disappointed.
He turned and said to Jamie, “Jamie, I think this guy is unreliable. We should leave first. Anyway, we both came here in disguise. So, even if they know that someone has been in contact with him, they won’t know it’s us. It’s better than implicating ourselves by saving this guy.”
Snow, who was calm just now, immediately panicked when he heard this.
He quickly grabbed Paul’s sleeve. “Dude, no! I didn’t take the information with me, but I remember the secret keys! I’ll give you whatever you want!”
Only then did Paul let out a sigh of relief. “You should have told us earlier. It’s good that you have something with you. I’m just worried were lying to me…”
“We’re in this together, so don’t panic, I was just trying to scare you.”
Snow was in between laughter and tears after heard this.
In this together, my ass!
Not bad… There was progress…
