Confused, Wilbur dialed Albert's number.

"What's up, Commander-In-Chief?" Wilbur grinned as the call connected.

He felt it was still best to remain respectful towards this powerful man.

Albert's frail voice rang through the line. "I formed a plan after finding out you were in Manand, Wilbur. I spoke to the authorities where you are, and we're thinking of making a move on the rampant scams and human trafficking cases over there. You should lay low for now. I'll let you know the plan of action once we've confirmed everything with the Manand authorities."

"Of course, that's alright. One thing though. That girl that came with me, Sophie Horlay? She doesn't seem to like me very much. I'm worried she might screw up the plan," Wilbur frowned.

He did not have much of a problem with the department's arrangements.

Saving the people of Dasha was definitely a priority, and Wilbur was more than happy to comply.

Albert fell silent for a second, before saying, "I'll tell Orin to get Sophie back here, then. Just focus on laying low while gaining as much power and trust as you can."
