Wilbur's powerful lightning powers had been activated through it.

A thick streak of lightning began to form out of Dark Disperse.

It then shot out in the direction of the ravens, tearing into the flock.

All at once, the crowd's eyes stung from its brilliant light.

The air boomed with rumbling thunder as a series of lightning strikes collided with the Storm of Ravens.

The lightning bolt ended up taking down the Storm of Ravens.

The air exploded with rampant spirit energy, kicking up fierce winds.

The crowd's expressions darkened at once.

Just then, Maddox let out a chuckle. He drew a few more spells, causing spiritual energy to roll off his body in waves as six scarecrows appeared around Wilbur to surround him.

"Have a taste of my Dark Harvest." The spiritual flames on Maddox's body shot into the air as he burst out laughing.

The six scarecrows were each around two meters tall, sporting torn straw hats and terrifying expressions. Four limbs stuck out of each of their lanky bodies, with one of those limbs holding a long, thin scythe.

These scarecrows seemed to radiate a terrifying forcefield, burning with jet-black flames as they waved their burning scythes and made their way over to Wilbur.

The force field surrounding them seemed to make the air around them ripple, enough to even affect someone at the Sanctuary level.

Once their target was affected, they would be free to go in for the kill.
