The assistant was on the verge of panic. Suddenly, more than ten policemen arrived. The leader was around thirty years old with sideburns.

The assistant noticed them and immediately yelled, "You useless trash! Why were you late?"

"Sorry, sir. We rushed here right after receiving your call. We didn't dare delay," explained the leader hurriedly.

Brady growled, "Arrest him and lock him up! I will interrogate him myself."

The policeman looked at Wilbur and yelled, "Put your hands up. You're under arrest."

"Arrest my ass," said Wilbur coldly.

The policeman was stunned, then he angrily pulled out his handgun.

His subordinates also pointed their guns at Wilbur.

Brady yelled, "If he dares to resist, shoot him on the spot!"

"Yes, sir!" yelled the policeman with the sideburns.

The guests at the restaurant all shook their heads.

They felt like Hannah and Wilbur were doomed because Wilbur dared to hit Brady. They all thought he was too reckless.
