Wilbur nodded, and the saleswoman from earlier reluctantly turned away.
Tasha led Wilbur to browse through the jewelry, smiling as she asked, "Sir, how may I address you?"
"Trevor Penn," replied Wilbur.
Tasha smiled. "Mister Penn, please take a look at this item."
Tasha pointed to a counter, where a blood-red diamond was displayed. The diamond was the size of a quail egg and entirely crimson. It was cut with eight facets that refracted a radiant red glow. Amidst its exquisite beauty, it carried a poignant sensation akin to fresh blood.
Wilbur glanced at it, drawn in, and examined it closely. At that moment, Tasha had the staff bring out the blood diamond along with its box, placing them on the counter.
"Sir, this is a 21-carat blood diamond, exceptionally high in purity with no impurities whatsoever. It is of the highest quality and has just arrived in our store as our flagship product," Tasha introduced with a smile.
Wilbur, satisfied with the blood diamond, nodded and asked, "How much?"
"35 million," replied Tasha, still smiling.
Wilbur hesitated for a moment. 35 million Sovereign Dollars were close to two million Dashan Dollars. It made him wince a bit.
Honestly, he had never bought such an expensive luxury item before. However, since he came across it, he would not be stingy. He nodded and said, "Alright, I'll take it."
"Very well, sir. I'll process the paperwork for you right away," Tasha said with a beaming smile, knowing she was earning a substantial commission.
The salesperson who had attended to Wilbur earlier glanced at Tasha with a resentful expression, though she dared not voice her grievances.
Just then, a man and a woman entered the store, accompanied by two burly men who seemed like bodyguards.
The man, in his thirties, was dressed in trendy attire and wore sunglasses. The woman had a tall and model-like figure, exuding a refined aura.
