The Sword of the Void grew in size while in Atrus' grasp. "I have four main powers when my domain's activated. Juggernaut, with a one percent chance to bypass defense and cause a fatal blow; Electroshock, where the third attack would result in a critical hit; Precision, which increases the speed of the attack; Prana, for me to restore part of my spiritual energy while attacking my enemy."
Wilbur's expression shifted into something much less comfortable after hearing those words.
Although the one percent chance of the Juggernaut being able to ignore the enemy's defenses to cause a fatal blow did not sound like much, it being a matter of life and death made it an impossibly risky gamble on just when that one percent chance would trigger.
The Electroshock was also a dangerous component of the battle, as every critical hit would take up a large amount of spiritual energy to defend oneself against.
On top of that, Atrus was already able to utilize his ability of spatial displacement. Having Precision would only make him all the more dangerous.
Last of all, the Prana was basically the Dark Conflagration of the Abyss' worst nightmare. It could be said that Atrus' powers so far had Wilbur completely beaten.
Every Emperor level cultivator was a terrifying existence in the specific ways they had to kill their opponents, even if these opponents were also Emperor level elites.
Atrus saw Wilbur's darkening expression, and said, "Now that you know of my powers, what do you have to say?"
Wilbur looked at the historical halberd in his grasp. "You're just trying to wage psychological warfare against me to mess with my head and lower my combat skill. That's the only reason you're telling me all this, aren't you? I have to say, though, you really are ruthless, aren't you? You've got such powerful skills and so many Sanctuary level cultivators, and you still want to beat me down even further using psychological warfare."
Atrus' gaze flickered with confusion for a second. "You could tell. Not bad. I'm just trying to ensure my victory."
"You've already got a pretty good chance at winning. Do you really need to be that careful still?" Wilbur asked.
Atrus' expression turned stern again. "My apologies. I need to win over your reason. It's time for you to die, sir."
Following that, Atrus charged toward Wilbur once more with the Sword of the Void leaving a trail of shadows in its wake.
