"Atrus Wood. I'll say your powers were capable of holding down two of the powers I have, and your fighting skills are definitely strong. Indeed, you are a powerful and deadly opponent. I'm sure any other Emperor level cultivator would have fallen to your fatal blow."
Wilbur's voice rang aloud in the souls of Atrus and the sixty Sanctuary cultivators.
"However, I've got more than just two domain powers. When the Funeral of Sky and Sea is activated, its pressure can only be overcome by spiritual pressure. Anyone with lower spiritual pressure than me will die right here. No one has been able to survive it this far. That's the power of the universe's laws in this attack."
Wilbur's Funeral of Sky and Sea was already terrifying in power.
The first three chapters of his Dawn of Twelve Chapters were like a movie trilogy.
The Dirge of Despair would make you feel lonely and hopeless.
The Dark Conflagration of the Abyss would absorb your spiritual energy.
The Funeral of Sky and Sea would put an unending and steadily growing amount of pressure on you, looming over you with the threat of death.
These attacks were consecutive and ongoing. None of them were directly fatal, but the combination of all of them would make sure you were put through unending torment.
It was like a series of tragedies that led you toward inevitable death.
Amidst the ocean, the power of Wilbur's Funeral of Sky and Sea was raised even more.
Not only were you sinking into seawater that was forged out of spiritual energy, but the same spiritual energy was also blending with real seawater from the ocean. This raised the power of the Funeral of Sky and Sea to another level, dramatically increasing the pressure.
Everyone including Wilbur himself was already sinking endlessly then. The pressure grew as the Sanctuary cultivators had no choice but to raise their spiritual energy to the maximum.
The terror in their hearts, however, was at an all-time high.
Wilbur was at the Emperor level, whose spiritual energy capacity was leagues ahead of them.
It could be said that once they had fallen into the Funeral of Sky and Sea, the only way out for them was death.
