Living With My Lady Boss by Blue Silver novel Chapter 1508

Seamus frowned.

All of a sudden, Sawyer, who had been silent this entire time, flew to his feet looking enraged. "The nerve of her, showing up with another man when she already belongs to me! I'm going to teach that bastard a lesson so the Neeses know exactly who they're messing with."

"Sit down," said Seamus sharply. Sawyer looked nothing but displeased but did as he was told.

Seamus then said, "It's fine as long as the girl's back. It's Nees Corp we're after. She's just a bonus."

Sawyer stared at his father in disbelief but could not bring himself to say a single word.

Seamus looked around him. "Sawyer's wedding with the young lady is in two days, and the Nees family is going to have one last talk with us. The wedding will be held, and our plan will be followed through so we can have the Neeses wrapped around our fingers. No slip-ups allowed until then."

Everyone else nodded, knowing that the wedding was just a front to placate that old geezer Warner Nees so that the next step of the plan could happen smoothly.

The Neeses might be facing bankruptcy, but they still had over two billion dollars in fixed assets.

As long as the plan was carried out successfully, the Rochers would become the biggest shareholder in Nees Corp, slowly breaking the Nees family down until Nees Corp was fully under the Rochers' control.

As for Sarah, Sawyer had plenty of women at his disposal. She meant hardly anything to him.

Seeing everyone else nod, Seamus said, "Meeting adjourned. We'll proceed as planned."

"Alright."

The crowd got to their feet, bowing before they left.

Just then, Seamus frowned at his son. "That Sarah Nees isn't half bad, huh? Pretty face and she's decently educated with no scandals. It's time you settled down, Sawyer. Just marry her and have a son so that we can have an heir."

"You're just after the Nees family fortune, aren't you?" Sawyer said, raising an eyebrow.

Seamus sneered. "Does me being after the Nees family fortune come in the way of you marrying Sarah?"

Sawyer found himself unable to respond.
