One of the guys in suit smiled and opened his briefcase. He took out a document and placed it on the table. He extended his hand and said, "Hi, Mister Penn, I'm Witter. This is my partner, Andre."

"Mister Witter, Mister Andre, I don't think I have anything to do with Lantech, let alone a collaboration. Your sudden visit surprised me. I wonder what you guys would like to discuss with me."

Witter smilingly pulled his hand back and pushed a contract to Wilbur, saying, "You seem to be a man of reason, Mister Penn, so let's keep things short. We're mainly here for a favor."

"A favor? What favor?"

"I think you know about the Lantech Building, right, Mister Penn? This is an NDA. I hope you can sign it, then help us assassinate Demetra. Of course, we'll offer you two million dollars as payment."
