A while later, Darson, the man who had altuost strangled Chloe to death that night at the private club, walked into Jordan’s office with a blank face.
Jordan leaned back in his chair, looking at Dorson. Derson, how long have you been working for me?”
“Four years now, Mister Pavian”
So, it’s been four years,” Jordan mumbled to himself. “Well, I’m in trouble right now, and so is the company. I’m going to need your help.”
“I’ll do anything for you, Mister Pavian.”
“Make sure Telford Gills is dead. He’s probably still in detention right
to take him nut, Jordan said coldly.
“Got it. I’ll go tonight”
“okay. Thanks, Dorson.”
“Anything else, Mister Pavian?”
and not yet in jail. It shouldn’t be too hard for you
“Not at the moment. You’ll get a million dollars and a month off work once this is done.”
“Thank you, Mister Pavian.”
Dorson bowed in appreciation, turning to leave.
Jordan let out a long breath, but his brows remained furrowed.
He needed to take care of Telford first, then Sherry.
If Telford’s a**a**ination failed, there would be no point in killing Sherry anyway. With Telford around, it was not worth the trouble to kill Sherry. After all, murder was a heavy crime to bear.
Dorson left Jordan’s office. He took the elevator to the top floor, where Kim’s office was. He said to Kim’s secretary, “I need to
see Miss Jenkins.”
The secretary glanced at Dorson. She pushed a button on the intercom. “Miss Jenkins, Dorson is here to see you.”
“Let him in.”
The secretary got up and opened the door, and Dorson walked in slowly.
Kim leaned back in her chair, looking at him. “What’s up?”
