The old man was dressed in traditional Cherrytopia clothing. He had been in the middle of meditation, and Witter's sudden appearance surprised him a little.

Toshan and Barett were the elites that Cherrytopia had sent over to investigate Greensource Corp. They were both powerful elites who were born and raised in Cherrytopia, and also greatly hungry for power.

Upon discovering the power of the blue potion, Toshen and Barett voluntarily joined Greensource Corp. Barett had been Toshen's pupil, and neither of them had been surprised at the competition between the eight countries to get the bad guys.

"That's right," said Witter. "Only two out of the sixteen elites can be taken in. I had thought that you and your pupil Barett would fill both spots, only for him to meet such an unfortunate fate. It truly is a shame, but Greensource Corp intends to befriend you, Mister Toshen. Since only two out of sixteen people can stay, that means that they will be split into two groups of eight. One person will only have to fight seven others. Since Barett is dead, that means you only need to defeat six more people and you'll be able to join Greensource Corp, benefitting from the many privileges we offer."
