The bald man looked around him, then cracked his fists and charged toward Wilbur. Wilbur suddenly bent down and struck the bald man in the belly, sending him flying and crashing onto the ground some distance away.

The bald man spat out a mouthful of blood as several bodyguards rushed to help him up. "Are you alright, Captain?"

"Call for backup!"

The bodyguards whistled loudly, and two figures landed on the ground from the roofs of the buildings on both sides. The figures were dressed in black, and their faces were hidden behind black fabric as well.

Both the figures attacked Wilbur at the same time. Their swords were held in place before they struck Wilbur and were then knocked out of their grasp.

Wilbur grabbed the two figures' hands, spinning them around quickly before tossing them out like bags of rubbish.

Just then, a middle-aged man walked out with a serene smile on his face. "That was impressive! You managed to beat two nightwalkers so easily! It looks like you're around late Ambience level, perhaps even pre-Sanctuary level."

Wilbur glanced at the look of confidence on the man's face and asked, "Can I know what level you're at, then?"

The middle-aged man put his hands behind his back. "Oh, I'm hardly anything. Just a tiny bit above you."

"Just a tiny bit? I'd like to see how that fares in a battle."

Wilbur began to make his way towards the man, whose expression shifted as he shouted, "How dare you! Who are you to speak to me like that? Take this!"
