Wilbur released his dragon aura and was quickly able to sense that there was a rock buried underground there. There was a brilliant glow in the shape of a circle atop the rock that continued to absorb the black miasma around it before converting it into more light, making the circle glow brighter.

The shadows were desperately trying to absorb the light from the glowing circle, even kneeling on the ground in an attempt to do so. However, they were completely unsuccessful.

Wilbur was immediately overjoyed by the sight. The circular light was probably the entrance to the arcane formation that Senior Fremont had laid down. It seemed to bear some strange connection to dragon clan cultivators, as Wilbur could feel a pull toward it despite being over a dozen meters away.

The black palm grabbed the azure dragon by the head, gripping it firmly. It exploded and sent waves of energy outward as the azure dragon dissipated into the air.

However, the black palm was completely unaffected, continuing to swipe at Wilbur. Wilbur raised the Azure Dragon Spear in his grasp, stabbing it toward the incoming black palm. The Dark Messenger pressed down, and the spear was snapped in half at once.
