At last, their prayers were answered. After three days of looking, the pair found a lake named Heavenfrost Lake under a mountain west of Azure Dragon Lake. It looked just like any other lake, but Felix was able to tell upon taking a sip of the lake's water that it contained traces of faint energy aura.

That night, they saw a creature akin to an azure dragon swimming around on the surface of the lake. It appeared very briefly, and Wilbur knew at once that it was formed out of Azure Dragon aura for sure.

Wilbur and Felix dove into the water at once. Sure enough, there was an apparition of an azure dragon at the bottom of the lake. It was a lot meeker and more docile after sensing Wilbur's dragon aura and disappeared a few moments later.

Wilbur glanced at Felix, and the two of them entered the mirror dimension together. It was slowly filling up with energy aura, and Felix said excitedly, "Master, this mirror's going to get us another few centuries of cultivation!"

"I sure hope so."

Wilbur had thought that coming to Buck Town was a terrible thing, only for there to be a silver lining in the end. The energy aura at the bottom of Heavenfrost Lake was ten thousand times stronger than it was on Earth, whereas it was merely a hundred times stronger in other major towns.

The fury of the Dark Messenger had landed Wilbur here by mistake, and he might as well make the best out of it. Surely the City Lord would be convinced to protect him and Felix upon seeing that they had two thousand years of cultivation and let them leave Buck Town.

Each of the nine major towns in the middle dimensions had a City Lord, and Wilbur believed that this one would give him a chance.
