Hailey was holding a long sword as she scowled at Sade below her. "You went against the rules of the universe and changed its functions, Sade. And now you've killed Wilbur Penn, the cultivator who was supposed to replace you. For that, Kayleen and I are going to kill you today."

Sade smirked at those words, not looking shocked at all. "I knew you two would never let me go for killing Wilbur. But he's already dead, and I still need to maintain order in the universe as a dimensional guardian. Even though you two may hate me, you can't kill me or you'd be going against the rules of the universe too, and have to be sentenced by Mister Richardson. Trust me, you won't end up in much better of a state than I'm in."

Just then, Kayleen said, "Mister Richardson knew you'd think that. He was the one who made us lure you here."

"What? Mister Richardson sent you? Why didn't I know about this?" Sade frowned. Dimensional guardians could sense anything and everything in the universe, so Sade would have known if Mister Richardson was trying to kill him.

Hailey sneered. "Don't you understand, Sade? Ever since you went against the dimensional guardian rules, there's been a gap in your senses toward the universe. That gap stops you from knowing certain things, which is why you never found out about our plan, and why you couldn't sense our presence."

Sade widened his eyes when he heard those words. Indeed, dimensional guardians had the power to detect anything in the universe. It was because he had wronged the universe that there was a gap in his senses, and for that very same reason, he had been fooled.

Hailey continued to say, "As for Wilbur and Augheimer, you might not know this, but they both have special constitutions. They possess the constitution of universal cultivators and can also survive in the chaos realm.
