Something had to be going on here, something Cadillacia was hiding up his sleeve that none of the three knew about. Whatever it was, it was helping him stay in this demonic state with endless energy.
At the thought, Wilbur activated his Iris Veritas.
The Dragon's Crystal in his body began to spin, and the spirit energy inside of it surged out as Wilbur's pupils turned golden.
It was then that Wilbur realized the ground beneath the entire square, or to be exact, the ground beneath hundreds of meters beyond the square, was radiating with a bloody fog invisible to the naked eye.
The fog was slowly rising up and condensing in Cadillacia's body, continuously supplying him with power to repair his damaged armor.
Wilbur looked underground and finally discovered the sea of blood flowing through the sewers.
So, that was where Cadillacia's power was coming from.
"There's a sea of blood underground. As long as it doesn't dry up, he'll continue to have an endless supply of power," Wilbur shouted as he continued to fight.
Constantine and Eileen seemed to have known about this before him. Eileen frowned and said, "Take care of it, or we won't be able to hold up against him."
Just then, the citizens residing near the square were woken up by the explosive sounds. They looked out from their windows and felt their jaws hit the ground.
The people reeled in terror, fleeing their rooms and running outside.
Wilbur shouted at once, "Ryder, call Elsa and have her clear the area. No mortals within a kilometer's radius."
"Got it." Ryder made the call at once, but Elsa had already set out with a team before that. They began dispersing the crowd, sealing off all areas within a kilometer-wide radius with police tape.
"Let's just think of how we're going to beat this thing," Eileen's chest heaved as she swung her swords.
Wilbur's brows were tightly furrowed. He could not think of a way to cut off Cadillacia's connection to the blood underground, and could only say, "Let's just go all out, or we'll be in trouble."
