After giving Xandria his phone number, Wilbur waved her goodbye and left with Elsa.
For some reason, Xandria let out a long sigh of relief, feeling a lot more at ease.
Just then, Kingston got back up on his feet and approached Xandria. He asked with a flattering tone, "Xandria, it was all just a misunderstanding. Why would I fire you for no reason, right? Why don't you ask your friend out for dinner? It'll be on me. I'll even get both of you some gifts. What do you say?"
"I'm sorry, but I'm not that close with him." Xandria smiled and left with her luggage in tow. Meanwhile, Kingston was completely stupefied. The more he thought about the things that he might face, the more nervous he got, and his legs started trembling uncontrollably.
Meanwhile, Wilbur got into Elsa's car and the two made their way to Sealake Island.
Elsa asked, "Bro, you have a beauty like Miss Yves right at home, yet you're flirting around with other women out there all the time. What are you thinking?"
"What are you talking about? I wasn't flirting around outside!" Wilbur retorted.
Elsa smirked and teased, "You gave her your number on your first meeting. What would you call that if not flirting?"
"That girl stood up for me. I can't just leave like that. What's wrong with my actions?" Wilbur shot back.
Elsa chuckled and kept quiet, leaving a frustrated Wilbur shaking his head in disappointment and ignoring her for the rest of the drive.
Very soon, they arrived at Sealake Island. He saw Eileen, Ryder, and Constantine waiting in the room, with Elsa following him from behind.
Wilbur asked the moment he entered, "What's going on?"
"We have no idea either. He came by in the morning, then left we told him you weren't around. He said he would drop by some other time," Eileen said.
Wilbur frowned. Since when were these people so courteous? It felt very different from how the Church of Bloodism behaved.
"Do you guys know where he went?" Wilbur asked.
Ryder responded, "He's staying in Seechertown Hotel without any intention to hide his presence."
"Huh?" Wilbur was surprised.
Constantine frowned and said, "Regardless of the reason for his visit, those evil things must be judged by the Lord of the Holy Illuminati."
