Baron chuckled at the look on Faye's face. "This is the president of the Cemu Sect in Cherrytopia, one of the biggest in all of Cherrytopia. I'm sure you know how powerful the Cemu Sect is. Besides, it'll look good for you to have someone from the Cemu Sect as one of Cape's shareholders."

The Cemu Sect was one of Cherrytopia's five main corporations. It was a terrifyingly powerful existence with a net worth of hundreds of billions.

The thing was that Cape was also an international corporation worth hundreds of billions of dollars if they were to combine their overseas assets. The Cemu Sect was honestly not that big of a deal in comparison.

Faye did not necessarily have to fear Yumi Senka, but she had Baron's identity to be wary of. After all, this man was actually capable of causing Cape's downfall in Dasha.

After giving it some thought, Faye smiled. "Mister Yesly and Miss Senka, I'm going to have to report something of such importance to the headquarters. I'm pretty sure, though, that it's going to be a no. Just giving you a heads up."

Baron got to his feet coldly. "Well, it's either do or die for Cape. You can say goodbye to Dasha if you turn me down. You have three days."

He turned to leave after that. Yumi got up, bowing slightly to Faye before following behind him as well.

After the two of them were gone, Faye hurled the pen she had been playing with in her fingers to the ground, splattering ink everywhere.

Baron Yesly was out of control, but he had every right to be as cocky as he was without Faye being able to do anything about it.

Faye adjusted her breathing before furrowing her brows and beginning to think.

There was no way she was handing the shares over. The most she would do was accept their investment and pay them dividends based on that.

However, that was not what Baron wanted.

He had definitely brought Yumi with him with the intention of making her the spokesperson of a place or area in Dasha, and there was no backing down until he got what he wanted.
