Wilbur was taken aback. "It looks like you knew. What does the Red Sand Clan do?"

"Tomb raiding, robbery, you name it. They're a typical violent criminal gang," Isabella explained.

Wilbur smiled and said, "Then why did you let them go?"

"There are far fewer of us, and they have heavy weaponry. I was worried that you two would be in danger," Isabella said coldly.

Wilbur was stunned as he asked, "You were worried about us?"

"Yes, if you weren't here, I would've taken action against them just now."

"Miss Elsher, I think you don't fully understand the combat abilities of our department," Wilbur said with a smile.

Isabella said coldly as she drove, "You might be good at a fight, and your friend has a super weapon with him. However, there are only three of us. If you get injured or die, the higher-ups will have my head."

"I mean, my friend is an Ambience level cultivator. Do you really think we're weak?" Wilbur asked.

Isabella said, "So what? Can an Ambience level cultivator take on a rocket launcher or a Barrett?"

"I guess you're right."
