Love and Devotion No Longer His to Claim (Angela and Dexter) novel Chapter 253

"Security, remove him," Angela ordered indifferently. "Take him directly to the police station."

The dumbfounded Sean stepped back in disbelief, but he was still surrounded and forcibly taken away by the security personnel.

"Angela! Angela, you wretched woman! If Graham Group remains in your hands, it will be ruined by tomorrow! You'll die a miserable death!"

His screams were quickly silenced as someone covered his filthy mouth.

The entire spectacle lasted less than five minutes. Throughout the ordeal, Angela maintained a perfect smile—calm, composed, and utterly unfazed.

"You're truly decisive in action, Ms. Graham. I have learned something from you today," Harvey said with a smile as if he had just enjoyed a rare and spectacular show.

Angela remained especially humble. "What I can do doesn't even come close to what you can, Mr. Collins. I am the one who still has much to learn from you."

With that, their meeting came to an end.

As soon as Harvey left, Angela headed straight for the security office. Sean was still being detained—he hadn't been sent to the police yet.

Angela's face turned icy as she entered the room. Her presence was like an oppressive dark cloud, filling the space with suffocating pressure.

Sean was momentarily stunned. As he watched her approach step by step, a strange sense of unease crept up his spine, which puzzled him.

Without saying a word, she walked up and slapped Sean hard twice.

Pain exploded across Sean's skin, making him feel like his face had been torn apart. Shocked and furious, he let out a pained howl, like a pig being slaughtered.

"You still have the nerve to scream?" Angela hit him again, so hard that Sean spat out a blood-stained tooth. Everyone was stunned.

Then, she viciously grabbed Sean's messy half-tied wolf-cut hair, her gaze chilling and terrifying. "I wasn't planning on dirtying my hands, but just looking at you disgusts me. Now, tell me—who sent you here today?"
