"I can't believe you're still in the mood to drink here. Angela is heading to Otril tomorrow. Aren't you planning to go see her off?" Fiona expressed her disappointment as she attempted to pull Dexter up from the couch, only to realize she wasn't strong enough.

She had no idea what was going through Dexter's head. For several days, he had been going out for drinks after work, as if alcohol was the only remedy for his pain.

She had never seen him in such a state of decline. She couldn't believe this was the same Dexter who had once excelled in the business industry. He seemed like a hopeless romantic now.

Dexter sneered impatiently. "What does it have to do with me? She's so cold-hearted. Do I have a say in her actions? She doesn't listen to me at all. I mean nothing to her!"

Several people in the private room were a little surprised, including Zayn. They questioned the situation, recalling how Dexter had always remained indifferent to Angela. It appeared that their roles had suddenly shifted.

"You guys head out first," Zayn urged the others, sensing Dexter might potentially embarrass himself. He quickly ushered the others out of the spacious private room, leaving just the three of them behind.

Fiona decided to stop engaging with Dexter after hearing his comments. She understood that Angela had her reasons for her choices. Since Angela didn't want to be with Dexter, Fiona felt she didn't need to either.

"Then I'm leaving. You can do whatever you wish." She grabbed her bag and walked out quickly as if she was afraid of being forced to stay if she hesitated.

Zayn quickly caught up to her and said, "Madam Fiona, please don't leave. There are things I can't advise him on. You're Dexter's mother, and your advice would mean a lot. Could you please help?"

Meannwhile, Dexter was drinking so much that he almost fell off the couch.

Fiona let out a frustrated sigh, feeling overwhelmed by the trouble everyone around her was causing.
