While Luke spoke, Damien strode out of the elevator.

He stood next to Clarissa protectively and hugged her by the waist. Turning to look at Luke, he said calmly, “What marriage contract? Ridiculous. If it exists, thenlet’s see if we’d really split up.”

His statement killed the gossip immediately. Even Luke fell silent.
