Chapter 342
Fabric bunched in Grace’s hands as she clenched them underneath her blanket. Unable to keep up appearances anymore, her expression had become frighteningly thunderous.
She never anticipated this would happen. Grace had thought she would be able to squash me easily, like I was a bug, Yet, I had turned around and bit her–hard.
Agatha was stunned too, like she couldn’t believe what was happening either. I wasn’t just fearless, but I had even backed Grace into a corner.
“You all want Irvin to play Timothy and remain in the Hardwell family. Fine then, it’s none of my business what you make him do. But from now on, leave me out of it!
“Stay away from my grandmother and my mentor! If either of you dares to do anything to them or drag them into this again, we’ll all go down together!” I warned.
I knew full well that I was no match for the Hardwells. Going up against them would be like trying to stop a bullet with my bare hands. That being said, that only applied under the assumption that I still cared about living.
However, if Grace and Agatha pushed me too far, and I ended up trapped with no other way out, I would have no problem taking
them down with me.
As the sayings went, “a cornered animal is the most dangerous” and “someone at rock bottom has nothing left to lose“. If it came down to it, I would personify these sayings. After all, I had always been one to die on my feet rather than live on my knees
Likewise, Grandma and Mr. Holland were the same way too. We would all rather die than beg Grace and Agatha for mercy.
“You should count yourself lucky that my grandmother wasn’t hurt today, Grace Keller. Otherwise, I would’ve completely ruined you by now!” I exclaimed.
After carefully examining Grandma earlier, Professor John had confirmed her life was no longer in danger. He also said she could be discharged from the hospital as long as she received proper rest.
I still wanted Grandma to live for many more years. That was why I was willing to talk things out with Grace and Agatha.
I was also willing to tolerate what they had done to me in the past as long as they didn’t stir up any more trouble. Otherwise, I would’ve released the video on the internet long ago.
Lastly, I said, “I hope you’ll both consider your next move carefully”
With that, I left the room without waiting for Grace’s response.
It took Grace a long while to calm her murderous rage and regain her composure.
Looking at Irvin, she said in an arrogant tone, “Ms. Quill is overly naive if she thinks she can intimidate me with just that video, Tim. You should know that for someone of my status, a video like that is nothing but a joke.
“I suggest you tell her to delete it immediately and apologize to me if she still wants to keep things peaceful. Otherwise-”
“Otherwise, what?” Irvin cut her off. “What are you going to do to her?”
His gaze was dark as he continued, “I’ve made myself clear, Grace—don’t touch her, and don’t mess with the people around her!

Having been disrespected one too many times, Grace dropped her demure act and coldly said, “Do you think you’re Timothy just because I call you ‘Tim‘? Do you honestly think that makes you the Hardwell heir?
“You’ve been with our family for so long now. Yet, you still haven’t realized how powerful or untouchable we are? Do you think you and Emilia Quill will be able to survive if we truly decide to crush you?”
Irvin snorted mockingly upon hearing this. “We‘? Your last name is Keller, Grace, not Hardwell. As for me? While I may not be
