At ten in the morning next day, No sooner Justin returned to his office after the meeting than his secretary handed over a file bag, "Boss, this is from your wife."
Justin opened it, only to see "Divorce Agreement".
He slammed it to the desk.
Feeling like a fire was burst out of his lung, he unbuttoned his shirt. Lucia had pissed him off repeatedly since last night till now!
Divorce? How dare she raised it?
--
Lucia got back home, intending to tell her father about her divorce.
She found no servants on the first floor, so she went straight to the study.
But outside the study, she had heard that nasty conversation.
"Dad, will I have all the property of the family?" Her sister Esther said.
"Yeah, for Lucia and Justin have been married for two years, her mother’s will is in force, and hence the shares belonged to her mother now are yours. And all my property goes to you too."
"Great! If were not for her will, I would have not set Justin up and given him to Lucia."
"Well, she loves Lucia, so surely she wanted Lucia to marry the man Lucia likes, and Lucia expects nothing apart from Justin."
"Dad, I have all the shares, but I want Justin too. I want them to get divorced."
"Esther, be patient, till everything is settled. And you know Justin has no fancy on Lucia, so, don’t worry."
"No, I am worried. Justin drew line with me since he had been married. He has been a loyal husband, I have to hurry to get him back, or I will have no more chance."
Standing outside, Lucia felt dizzy, her body trembling, and she almost got fainted.
Her father, for transferring her mother’s shares to Esther, set up her scandal and marriage.
Having the shares in hand, he had the intention to get her divorced.
