Looking at him coldly, Isabella asked, "Do you hate Lexie?"

Frowning, Christian answered honestly, "I have no feeling for her."

He didn't understand why she suddenly mentioned her, and then it reminded him of what had happened that night after drinking. His face turned cold.

Seeing that she didn't say anything, Christian approached her again and added, "I've already transferred her away from the headquarters, and she won't be my assistant anymore."

Christian frowned lightly. He then took her hand and murmured, "Isabella."

Although his voice wasn't very soft, it still sounded different than before. She could feel his reluctance as well as nostalgia in it.

After considering during this period, he had to admit what Adrian’s words. Although He wasn't sure whether he had fallen for her, he indeed had some feelings for her and couldn't let her go.
