I thought I might have murdered Daryl’s father. Otherwise, he wouldn’t need me to take the blame for everything.

for this!” 

“I’m a patient supported by a caregiver. I was ten feet away from the baby at the time. How am I responsible for this?” 

I looked at him with a ridiculous gaze. “Daryl Thompson, why are you targeting me?
