“Decency‘?” I chuckled. “I only give that to those who deserve it. When were still married, you made out with your husband’s friends. You also seduced another woman’s fiancé while carrying your dead husband’s unborn

Jewel was like a stubborn cockroach. I needed to deliver a harsh blow if I 

wanted to ensure she would never bother me again. 

Her tears started flowing like a river. “He ruined me! If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t be like this today. This is what he owes me.” 

She was so agitated that her body trembled, and it was hard to tell whether it

The more she tried to hide, the more curious I got. “Why aren’t you saying anything? Is it something you cannot talk about, or are you simply lying?” 

She pursed her lips. “It’s none of your business. Listen. If you’re angry at me, just take it out on me, and don’t drag others into it.”

“You’re talking about how I hit Chris‘ head, right?” I said directly.
