"William Livingstone."
William wrote in Eva's palm.
"William? What a nice name!" Eva hugged William and said in a gentle voice. Even if William didn't say anything, he could communicate happily with her.
Nathan walked in and was surprised that William became so tame.
Eva had nothing to do in the afternoon, and Renee wouldn't take the initiative to contact her, so Eva spent the whole afternoon with William in the hospital. In the evening, Nathan personally brought supper for them.
"It's suppertime. I shouldn't eat with you." Eva didn't want and dare to eat with Caleb, who always wore a long face.
"Sit down," Caleb said coldly.
William held Eva's hand, for fear that she would go away.
"Well, thank you for the meal."
Nathan said, "Don't be afraid. Caleb won't beat you. I specially asked the cook to make you a big tonic soup in case you would faint from malnutrition again."
"Mr. Livingstone, do the artists in your company need to keep fit?" Eva asked.
"Of course," Nathan explained, "but you don't work in our company, so just eat whatever you want."
"An artist will become less popular if he or she gets fat. If the artists of other companies get fat, your artists would be more popular," Eva thought.
