'She has to be really daring if she is throwing a tantrum at Tyler Hart...' The doctor thought before asking, "Mister Hart, should we bring another set of dinner?"

"It's fine. You may go," Tyler said.

After the doctor was gone, Gloria asked coldly, "What brought you here in the middle of the night, Mister Hart?"

"The doctor called me and said that you won't eat or cooperate with treatment."

"So, you abandoned my cousin, who's afraid of the dark, at home and came running?" Gloria mocked. "If you don't want to come here, why make yourself do it? You've been ignoring me for the past few days, haven't you?"

Everyone, including Selene, thought that Tyler was with Gloria every day, but he had only dropped by occasionally, spending no more than a few minutes with her every time.

Recently, he had not been seen anywhere in the hospital for the past three days.

He lowered his gaze and stared at her emotionlessly. "If you know that I don't want to be here, you should just cooperate with treatment."

Gloria flinched as she did not expect Tyler to admit to it right away.

She narrowed her eyes bitterly and shouted sharply, "This is my body. Whether or not I cooperate with treatment is none of your business!"

"Very well. This is the last time I come to the hospital or get involved in your affair," he said before turning to leave.

Seeing how he turned to leave without hesitation, Gloria's eyes widened.

She knew that Tyler was a man of his word and would not take a promise lightly.

Just as he was about to reach the door, Gloria cast all her pride aside and wrapped her arms around Tyler from behind.

"Don't go, Tyler!"

Tyler had not expected her to be so bold and thus tensed.
