'The past...' Vicky zoned out for a moment.

Vicky and Tyler had a tumultuous marriage in the past. He rarely came home at night, and this gave rise to the countless scandals he had with other women.

"I didn’t change my mind and I meant every word I said to you, but it doesn't mean that you can restrict what I can and cannot do without any good reason."

"Without any good reason?" repeated Vicky in shock. "Don't tell me...you think I'm being unreasonable right now."

"Well, aren't you?"

"How am I being unreasonable when I'm just asking you to keep your distance from those women?"

Tyler's face darkened, and his voice turned cold. "Vicky, I've told you a thousand times, so don't make me repeat myself."

It never crossed Vicky's mind that the two of them would argue because of some random woman.

"Then tell me: what are you going to do from now on?"

"I should be the one asking you that."
