Leon Keith
"Be nice, they're here!" My dad warned me and I automaticly got up as the guess came in. My eyes landed on the beautiful woman behind the elders. The picture that my dad showed yesterday didn't do justice, she's like a living doll.
"Wesley!"
"Pierce!" The both men hugged tightly and I'm assuming my dad and him were pretty close back in the days. I saw my mom greet Mr. Evans' wife politely.
"Leon, right?" I turned to see the beautiful woman already standing beside me with her hand in front of me. Her beautiful face made me speechless for a split second, I swear her picture didn't do justice.
"Well.. I'm assuming you're not that.. welcome to see me." She said but I caught her hand quickly.
"Leon." I introduced myself.
"Ivory or you can call me Ivy." She said and I nodded.
"Let's sit down and order. I'm quite hungry." My dad announced but before I could sit down fully. I introduced myself to Ivory's parents. They greeted me warmly and I can tell that they're great people, besides their reputation in public of course.
"You know, Leon, I've been waiting for this day." Pierce said and I raised my eyebrows.
"He thinks you're the right man for me." I turned to Ivory and she's currently putting the napkin on her lap. I chuckled as I turned to Pierce and his wife, Kristina.
"I personally been waiting for this day, we talked about this 20 years ago when the kids were little." My dad said and I turned to Ivory. It's quite clear that she's a little arrogant. I can see it in her eyes and how she sits down.
"Let's order." My dad said and I took the menu in front of me. I opened the menu book when I heard a light cough.
"Can you recommend me a menu?" I turned to Ivory and she pointed her index finger to the menu.
"Do you have any allergies or.. diet menu?" I asked politely because I know that she's a model. She seemed surprised when I asked her because her eyes widen looking at me.
"Uhmm.. I don't like avocado." She said and I nodded.
"I recommend you to try the japanese style salmon steak here. It's their best menu." I said and she turned her attention to the menu book again.
"I'll order that then." She said simply.
"Okay. How about you dad?" I turned to my dad who's sitting next to me.
"I'm craving the ramen." My dad said.
"Ramen?" I heard Ivory mumbling and I turned to her.
"You want to try the ramen?" I asked and she flinched when I ask her.
"Ivory loves ramen." Her mom said.
"You want to change your order?" I asked her and she shook her head.
"Okay." I said and I called the waiter since everyone finished picking what they want. After telling the waiter all the orders, I turned my attention to Ivory.
One thing that made me a little uncomfortable is that she stands out. You can't ignore her presence, too beautiful to be ignored. She wore a tight and short white dress with long shiny earrings, red lips and gold necklace.
Judging by her gesture, she's arrogant. She knew it so well that she's beautiful and she got everyone's eyes on her. Quite the opposite from me, I hate attention. I don't like when everyone's eyes on me.
"Do you mind talking a walk with me before we eat?" Ivory asked and I turned to my parents. They gave me a nod and I turned to her nodding.
"15 minutes, Leon." My mom reminded.
