Chapter 1009
The airplane flew through the clouds and landed at the airport in Sea City. “We‘re finally here!” Ruth looked excited. “Brady, later you show me around. I heard that there‘s a place in Sea City...”
“If you want to walk around , you can go on your own.” Brady frowned. “We‘ll go to the apartment and put our luggage down. After we finish unpacking, you can do whatever you want.”
“My mom asked you to take good care of me. How could you not care about me?” Ruth said unhappily.
Brady cast a glance at her. “Deena and I came to Sea City because of serious business. What about you? Why are you here? Don‘t get in the way of our business.”
“Hmph!”
Ruth pulled her suitcase and walked forward first.
Brady helplessly shook his head. This cousin had been a troublemaker since she was little, and her ability to cause trouble was similar to Hudson‘s.
He did not really know why Aunt Jada would agree to let Ruth follow them to Sea City.
Adeena smiled faintly and indifferently said, “She‘s already 22. An adult has to learn to be responsible for herself. Brady, don‘t worry too much about her.”
The Willis family had bought an apartment in Sea City for a long time. It consisted of three rooms and a living room, so it was perfect for the three of them to stay there.
The apartment was at the center of Sea City. When standing in front of the window, Sea City‘s charming and dazzling night scenery would be visible.
Ruth sat on the balcony, and her eyes were full of excitement.
She was born and raised in Cloud City. She always thought the Willis family was rich and powerful, and they were a big, rich family.
It was only when she came to Sea City that she knew the Willis family was totally nothing. It could be said that the family that ranked last in Sea City could also defeat the Willis family.
The Finnian family , which was the top family in Cloud City, was totally nothing to her now.
When Ruth wanted to say something, she saw that Adeena took out a gown from her suitcase, hung it on the hanger, and ironed it.
