Chapter 1068
By the time Ninian found the address that her best friend, Nerola Barlow, had sent her, the sky was already dark.
If she had not been afraid of giving out her details for registration and risking the demons at home finding out, she would have checked into a hotel.
Searching for a place was painful for someone with a poor sense of direction.
Luckily, when she arrived outside Nerola’s neighborhood, Nerola was already waiting there.
When Ninian saw the familiar figure, she rushed forward without even pushing her luggage. “Nerola!”
“Ninian! You’re finally here!”
Nerola rushed over too. They gave each other a big hug. They were girls of a similar age, and they held each other excitedly without letting go.
“Why are you so late? I’ve been waiting for you for ages!” Nerola complained in a joking manner.
“It’s Harold’s fault. He’s so unreliable. He said he would pick me up from the airport, but he stood me up at the last minute. I took a cab over, but I went to the wrong address. These obstacles made things difficult.”
“Aww, you poor thing! Let’s go upstairs.” The two of them pushed her luggage and happily went back.
After Ninian unpacked, Nerola sent her a contact number. “This is my agent, Amber Ward’s WhatsApp. She watched the commercial that you filmed three years ago and liked it a lot. When she heard that you were ready to come back and start your career in the entertainment industry, she asked me to keep you and not let any other agent take you.”
“Hey, let me make this clear first.” Ninian raised her eyebrows and said, “I’m entering the entertainment industry not because I want a good career. I just want to look for ”
“Look for your idol whom you’ve been longing for. I know.” Nerola snorted and handed her a document. ” Take a look. It’s a present from Amber. You might be able to act alongside Everett.”
When she said that, Ninian’s eyes instantly lit up.
Acting with Everett!
It was something that countless actresses dreamed about!
